Refund Policy – Brainwave Counseling
At Brainwave Counseling, we strive to ensure a smooth admission process for our clients. However, if the admission is not completed as per the agreement, we accept refund requests for the service charge or booking amount. Once a valid refund request is received, Brainwave Counseling will process a full refund after deducting the applicable processing charges.
Refund Eligibility
A refund is applicable only in the following cases:
- We are unable to process the admission as per the agreement between the client and Brainwave Counseling.
- The admission process is unsuccessful due to negligence or a deliberate mistake by Brainwave Counseling in following the admission procedures of the respective college or university.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
A refund request will not be accepted in the following situations:
- The client withdraws from the admission process before or during a successful admission.
- The client is unable to arrange the required finances at the time of admission.
- The client cannot provide the necessary amount to complete the admission process.
Refund Request Process
- Any refund request must be submitted via email or a formal letter addressed to Brainwave Counseling at info@brainwavecounseling.in.
- Refund processing may take 20-25 working/business days from the date of request submission.
